DarkMark Creations

DarkMark Creations started in October 2015, when I, Mark, began creating broken mirror masks as costumes for local drag shows and painting and drawing in my spare time. I began to market these products and turned a passion into a business called DarkMark Creations. 

The range of products slowly grew from illustrations and masks to paintings (watercolour and oil), broken mirror sculptures and now even embroidery. The work takes inspiration from film and music; other artists such as Francis Bacon, Tracey Emin and Grayson Perry; and all aspects of the dark but honest side of life.

I have had artwork featured in the Manchester Rubbermen Weekend annual charity art auction to raise money for deserving charities including Mind. 

After a few years hiatus since covid, I now have a refreshed ambition for Dark Mark Creations, aiming to share my artwork with a wider audience.
